Service Description

Four-Day Workshop: This workshop takes a holistic approach drawing on the teachings of the ‘Medicine Wheel’. Each day is devoted to one section of the wheel: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and the Spiritual. Connect with a deeper sense of self and your commitment to self-empowerment. This workshop can also be delivered as a 'Retreat'. Location to be determined.
