Enhance participants' emotional intelligence skills, enabling them to recognize, understand, and manage emotions effectively in themselves and others, leading to improved team dynamics and relationships. Explore an Indigenous conflict resolution model and discuss ways to incorporate it in the workplace. Identify participants's conflict resolution styles and discuss the contexts in which they can be adapted and utilized for improved communication.
