Service Description

A substantively neutral facilitator can ease your process and help you to identify and solve problems and make decisions. Collective Initiatives is highly skilled in helping groups and organizations clarify their thinking, inspire participation and identify SMART objectives that lead to immediate action. We specialize in strategic planning processes, Annual General Meetings (AGM's) and Project Team meetings.
