Collective Initiatives has an extensive working knowledge of the complexities and issues experienced by Indigenous people and brings content that is aligned with Indigenous cultural values and worldviews. We encourage the assistance of Elders and Leadership participation in the development of the workshop agenda.
While we appreciate the benefits of modern technology and best practices in the workplace, there is also a deep respect and emphasis on Indigenous cultural practices and beliefs.
Collective Initiatives will work with you to identify specific topics and develop training modules that are unique to your needs. Pricing shall be based on the duration of the workshop, amount of participants in attendance and time needed for its development.
