Collective Initiatives is an Aboriginal-owned human resources and leadership development consulting and training company.  Collective Initiatives works with First Nations, non-profit organizations, and small to medium-sized businesses specializing in operational reviews, re-engineering, strategic planning, managment and leadership development.

BIOGRAPHY

Angie Lafontaine, M.A., is a member of Moose Cree First Nation, Moose Factory, Ontario.  Angie is recognized for her proficiency in establishing growth, development and accountability within organizational settings.  She has devoted much effort to the training and development of staff. 

She has extensive experience in senior level managment positions

and specializes in organizational strategic development and implementation of user and client oriented systems that also facilitate corporate objectives.  Angie brings a welath of knowledge, skills and expertise in the field of business, training, leadership, facilitation, and organizational management.  Angie received her Masters of Arts degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C. and also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo.

Associates compliment the Collective Initiatives team on an as-needed basis and are sub-contracted to provide additional expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of services and training delivery.
